Our Most Ambitious Build: A Fully Functional Concorde
An enthusiast approached us wanting a fully functional replica of the Concorde. 18 months and over 2000 hours of reserch, CAD, testing and manufacturing later we delivered the finished simulator. During the build Simworx manufactured every part including; the aluminium cockpit and frames, avionics, seats, throttle, control systems, main panels, and interior lining, essentially a fully turnkey simulator.
Military Block 70 – F16 Tactical Trainers
A client operating F-16 fighter aircraft wanted a deployable tactical training platform that could be used across multiple bases and allow pilots to train together in mixed reality without the cost or infrastructure of a full simulator. We delivered 15 mixed-reality tactical trainers at less than half the price of a single full CPT trainer.
The system focuses on mission-critical components to support tactical scenarios, using Varjo XR-4 mixed reality headsets for high-fidelity visual immersion, robust aluminium and steel frames, and correctly dimensioned ejection seats for authentic ergonomics. This solution gives pilots realistic, collaborative training capability at a fraction of the cost and complexity of conventional simulators.
