What We Do

We breath new life into old, defunct simulators either by replacing obsolete, failure-prone electronics with modern, reliable systems or upgrading older avionics layouts with modern EFIS or new version hardware and software.

Example:
737 classic to 737 800 or Max
Tucano to Super Tucano
Anologue Kingair or Cessna Caravan or similar to G1000 systems

We keep what’s valuable (the cockpit, structure, controls) and replace what’s fragile (PCs, displays, interfaces, wiring, software hosts).

Typical problems we solve

•Simulator won’t boot or crashes regularly

•Old analogue visuals, CRTs or failed projectors

•Dead legacy PCs, outdated operating systems, corrupt installs

•Unreliable I/O cards and undocumented wiring

•No spares available or vendor support no longer exists

•Persistent drift, control loading problems, calibration faults, random failures

What we replace (the “heart transplant”)

1) Compute and software host

• New modern PC stack (GPU/CPU baseline set per device needs)
• Fresh system image and stable drivers
• More modern flight simulator models, better physics and more photo realistic environments
• Remote access support setup (optional)

2) Visual system

• Single large 4K screen (fastest, most reliable)
• Triple monitors (good immersion, simple support)
• Projectors + warp/blend
• Mixed Reality – Retrofitted to older systems.

3) Controls & I/O (inputs/outputs)

• Replace obsolete interface cards with modern I/O layer
• Re-terminate and label wiring where required
• Stabilise switches/encoders/pots and re-map to new system
• Document everything for future support
